Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. By confirming a booking, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Check-In & Check-Out
– Check-in: From 2:00 PM
– Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee of 5%.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, subject to availability, we are happy to help you reschedule your stay.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be forfeited. The full booking may be cancelled at Belar Reef’s discretion if contact has not been made in a timely manner.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests during their stay. Any damages caused to rooms, furnishings, or resort property may result in additional charges. Abusive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of the remaining booked stay with no refund.
Children
Children are very welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around the pool and beachfront areas.
Personal Belongings
While we take care to provide a safe and secure environment, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Theft is extremely uncommon in our friendly community, but we provide safes in rooms for guest use and peace of mind.
Island Conditions & Transport
As we are located on a remote island, weather, ferry schedules, flights, surf conditions, and power or internet services may occasionally affect travel plans or resort operations. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations.
Resort Facilities
Use of resort facilities, including the swimming pool and beachfront areas, is at the guest’s own risk. Please follow any safety instructions provided by staff.
Privacy
Guest information provided during bookings is strictly used only for reservation and communication purposes. Details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
